Appointment cancellations must be made within 48 hours. Same day cancellations will be charged up to the full cost of the order. Our time is limited and if we can't fill your appointment time, we reserve the right to charge you. This includes same day rescheduling because the property is not ready to shoot.

MKM Creations retains all image and media copyrights. You will receive a limited copyright license agreement for the use of the photos and media while you are representing the listing. Once the listing is no longer active, you can use the media to promote your own brand. Homeowners are free to use the media for their personal use.

Some things you can't do (same with most all Photographers): Sell the photos, give the photos to other not listed above.
